  Robert the duty manager and the staff were friendly and gave great service with a smile. The location suited me perfectly as I walked out of the dining room across the road and 100 meters later was on the Mona ferry. I had a harbour facing room and it was clean, warm and comfortable. Because it is a refit of differently aged buildings there is a charming "Fawltyness" to the interior. Short stairways, creaky floor - Staff were brilliant. We arrived on an unusually very hot day (and our room was unfortunately on the north west corner). Even with the fan going, we were unable to sleep due to this unfortunate combination of circumstances. In the morning with all other rooms booked, we decided to curtail our pre-booked stay - staff were extremely professional, even offering to cloak our luggage until we were able to make other arrangements.   Excellent & friendly staff, very good location, great view of the harbour from Mt Stewart position. Good restaurant, not overpriced & very good selection on menu. - We were made to feel right at home as from the minute we checked in, the staff were really lovely, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back .

  Excellent food from restaurant and reasonably priced. Very polite, obliging staff. Was able to book in earlier than expected. Room served its purpose. - The staff are always very helpful with any questions you may have and nothing is a problem. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable.
