  Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. I would like to thank you for the up grade to a one bedroom apartment it was wonderful. I could watch tv if my husband wanted to sleep. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check- in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.

  The location is great, with a fantastic view. We were given a top-floor apartment which was huge. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to the shops and use local transport quite easily. The pool was a great magnet for the kids and my nephew had hours of fun making new friends there.   Loved the location and free in-house movies for rainy days (most hotels, even the posh ones charge extra for movies, which I think should be an inclusion.   The Vibe Hotel is in a perfect location close to the heart of Surfers Paradise. The rooms were spacious and well appointed with gorgeous views over the Nerang River or Surfers skyline. The staff were exceptional helpful and friendly on check in and the room service offered great value for money and delicious meals. The rooms are clean with modern facilities offering great value for money. My one piece of advice would be to pay extra for a high floor overlooking the Nerang river, they tend to be quieter and offer great views.

  We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good.   The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

  I would highly recommend the Skyhome that I stayed - excellent 270 degree view of both sea and city, and trendy designed rooms. There are two swimming pools in Tower 1. The hotel is close to everything - beach just across the street, shops around, restaurants underneath. And they offered efficient service to book tickets for theme park and taxi. - I like the hassle and stress free convenience that the hotel offered. They even have pillow options which was tremendously helps deep slumber especially for yound children.   The Shore apartments are definitely good value for money. And the location on the beach is ideal. The staff was really nice. They checked us in earlier and on the day we left, they kept our luggage until late during the day, as our flight was at night. Ocean Plaza is wonderfully located close to three wonderful patrolled beaches. It was nice to be able to exit the complex straight into the Showcase shops, which next year will feature a Woolworths supermarket right at this doorstep.

  This was my second trip to Mantra Crown Towers. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (3204) with a 2 and 4 year old. Once again a great holiday (5days). Kids loved the facilities. Our room was great and while it would be easy to criticise small items (dvd player didn't work, curtains dirty etc.), they were not material to our comfort or quality of o... vad folk säger » ur stay. Importantly our experience with the staff was fantastic - they were courteous and helpful when needed. Thai restaurant was also great. Well d - The staff were outstanding, so happy and helpful. We lived the 1 bedroom apartment as it was spacious and very comfortable. The Changmai Thai restaurant is amazing and we will come again. Overall an excellent destination and we only live 5 minutes away
