I would highly recommend the Skyhome that I stayed - excellent 270 degree view of both sea and city, and trendy designed rooms. There are two swimming pools in Tower 1. The hotel is close to everything - beach just across the street, shops around, restaurants underneath. Staffs are friendly and helpful, always check if we are fine with the service. And they offered efficient service to book tickets for theme park and taxi.
alla recensioner » I like the hassle and stress free convenience that the hotel offered. They even have pillow options which was tremendously helps deep slumber especially for yound children. Also, there are also free ipads and wifi provided for the stay as well as wide selection of complimentary movies that helps the young ones occupied when I needed some "me" time. The facilities and room layout were excellent. Comfort to the max. The staff are the best in the country, a particular stand out mention must go to Kristylea for going that extra mile. And Matt for helping us settle in. Gold stars and elephant stamps !!:) We will be back same time next year. The room was large and immaculate. All of the furniture was comfortable and the rooms were well stocked with towels etc. The view from our room was amazing and the staff were helpful when we needed a later check-out. I would definitely stay here again. Very professional staff and location on broadbeach. Enough shops and eating areas established at the Oracle location. Good transport facilities. I had a skyhome which was fantastic, great views. Overall a very enjoyable trip. The Oracle building is a spectacular sight. We were on the 25 th level facing south but still had ocean views south. No sun. The 1 bedroom apartment was very nice and new with everything you need and rather large. Staff professional and helpful. Clean, modern, spacious & comfortable. Location perfect for us, close to Casino & shopping. Close to many eating places even all day breakfast down stairs. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was near to the beach, park and shopping. Various choice of cafes and restaurants located down the apartment so no problem if you feel hungry. location was excellent for beach and shopping. Staff on front desk were very welcoming. Facilities in room were excellent and spacious. Quiet on 11th floor but quick lift access. Modern and spacious apartment and surroundings, clean facilities. Everything about the resort was great - location, decor and facilities. Would definately make it my future destination point on my next visits. Peppers Broadbeach is very clean and modern. It is also much more quiter at night as compared to Surfers Paradise, hence we slept well at night. We had a 1 bedroom Apartment which was designed extremely well with all conveniencies and excellent use of space. Location was fantastic. The Peppers Broadbeach Resort is located in a funky complex with like minded shops, cafes and restaurants surounding it. The location was great. Very spacious apartment with an amazing view of the ocean. Room was lovely, bathroom soaps and extras were beautiful quality. Lovely bath. the best room view; spacious apartment with all the facilities. Proximity to Blues festival and casino and local shopping. The condition of the rooms and the location of the hotel. The views were excellent. very very very good!!!. Location. Comfortable bed. None. It would have been nicer if the gym had some free weights for training and newer mats. Also, the hallways may be better with some air fresheners or better ventilation. There isn't anything not to like. The carpark is a little confusing but they have someone to help you find it which was great!. Think the bathroom would be nicer to have a blind on the window between bed and bath. The rooms were not vacuumed daily and outside the lift was not vacuumed for a few days as the crumbs and food sat there. Parking a bit complicated. Unable to give us a extra hour to check out & were quite inflexible. Not much just some minor maintenance which Pepper may need to double check before letting the guest to check in the room. Other than that everything is good and pleasant. Area can get quiet after dark so not for those desiring a busier night life. There was nothing we did not like a genuine eleven out of ten experience. Lack of lounges poolside and no bar facilities at the pool. Couldn't use the facilities in the other tower. We didint know that when we booked. Unfortunately our stay was impacted on by the sudden sickness of a very close friend that day, and they phone call just as we were preparing for dinner, that they had passed away. So, was not the most ideal circumstances to enjoy our stay. Through no fault of your own. no breakfast priovided. The waiting time when we have arrived.. We could have got the rooms faster. We saw some blue and brown marks on the carpet upon arrival but didn't feel the need to be picky and report it as it didn't effect our stay. Four days later we received an email saying that we had left several blue, brown, red and black marks on the carpet and we will have to pay for it. We phoned and spoke to the manager who was nice and appreciated our phone call and ensured me that we would not be charged, I asked for an email stating that but have not received the email yet. There car parking arrangements. not cheap. but if there is discount then very valuebale. The letter addressed to us by Adam Taloni, very unprofessional,instead of saying Dear Sharon,he said Dear Trott. one of the lights in the kitchen weren't working and there were stains in the ceiling near that light; kitchen cupboard door was broken; asked for a sea view and got hinterland view; price was way more expensive then previous stays !!!.
