  I loved every second of being there but the best thing about my time up at the Q1 was a certain staff member. Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him. I loved the activities that we could do (skyclimb, observation deck - breakfast lunch and dinner!) everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back! Not mention our view from level 53 was SUPERB! Words cannot even describe! Thank you, to all the staff for making us feel at home:)

  We really liked the proximity to everything and especially the beach. The facilities were great and the family enjoyed it.   The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

  The receptionist asked it we had our night planned or would we like some information on what was on offer. I politely told her we were celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary. She disappeared for a minute, came back apologized, and told me she had upgraded us to a lovely room with great views. We will definitely come back. - When I booked I didnt realize that we had an option of smoking/non smoking. Realizing we did have that option after booking in it was no trouble to staff to relocate us to a smoking unit and with in minutes we were puffing on our cigies out of everybodys way. Then I had left my reading glasses in the 1st room and again no trouble to staff tracking them down. Thank u Jupitors 4 a great nite :)

  I would highly recommend the Skyhome that I stayed - excellent 270 degree view of both sea and city, and trendy designed rooms. There are two swimming pools in Tower 1. The hotel is close to everything - beach just across the street, shops around, restaurants underneath. And they offered efficient service to book tickets for theme park and taxi. - I like the hassle and stress free convenience that the hotel offered. They even have pillow options which was tremendously helps deep slumber especially for yound children. Also, there are also free ipads and wifi provided for the stay as well as wide selection of complimentary movies that helps the young ones occupied when I needed some "me" time.

  Stuart and Denise are the owners and they make you feel very welcome. The resort is comfortable, clean and close to amenities. We stayed here because we were looking for an apartment close to the Convention Centre, Also close to Pacific Fair and Oasis Shopping Centre and the beach is not far either.   Overall stylish but relaxing appearance inside and out and separate eating areas offering different levels of eating. Staff were lovely, especially concierge and Citrique Restaurant. As sharing a twin room, loved we had a double bed each and so comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean.   Location was excellent for us- midway between the beautiful beach and boutique shopping and restaurant street. Great for a weekend break. Room was more than adequate for a very reasonable price. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Nice cafe on the corner of the street for brunch before hopping over to the beach. The position was perfect, the unit very comfortable, clean, well designed and appointed and the manager very personable. We couldn't have found anywhere better for the money we paid. Location is great, its close to the beach, all the shopping at Pacific fair, a great central local etc, and still close to the hussle and bussle of Surfers... Not to mention great for all the local Resturants, and Oasis Shopping Center... Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours - tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car parking available close to our accommodation.
