  The location can't be beaten if you want to look at the city. We had the trains and buses at the door and only a block away from Kurilpa Pedestrian Bridge which gives access to the Southbank with only a 10 min walk. The staff were friendly and obliging. This is a great spot to explore from. We enjoyed being almost across the road from Rom - The first time I stayed at Abbey apartments I booked a superior room but it was absolutely disgusting. Shocking! So this time I asked to make sure I really had a superior room as each time I paid extra for it. This time my room was lovely. Great value for money. Lovely furnishings, dishwasher, dryer,and washing machine. I appreciated that the improved things for me this time. I liked that the heating and cooling was so easy to control and fab location.

Room: Large Spacious Modern des - Location was great for walking along the river with close proximity to boardwalks gardens and city., also close to restaurants, bars and ferry transport, which we used to go to New farm Park and the powerhouse. We stayed in a one bedroom which was only a few dollars more than the studio but with much more space. Staff were friendly and helpful and we could recommend mint for longer stays whether business or holidays.

  I requested a room with a view as this was a special occasion. The room had a great view overlooking the river and park across the street. Most probably one of the best stays I have had in a hotel. The facilities were great and everything was clean and in a working order. Parking was great, easy to find and secure with direct access to the building. Both ladies I spoke with at reception were very professional and friendly and gave an excellent first impression.

  I loved the apartment , very confortable and it was so very convenient to city and Central Station. Very clean and comfortable - I may be travelling to Brisbane again towards the end year and will certainly consider they Rothbury for accommodatiion. - The delightful old world ambience but with all of the modern conveniences.   the Staff were super efficient, we mentioned the TV in the bedroom didn't work. Next morning a brand new one was installed and set up for all channels. They had the new towels we asked for,ready for us when we got back late at night, and helped at every opportunity. couldn't fault them.   We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was lovely, it had ever thing you needed. Loved the separate bedroom, lounge/kitchen/dining area, and it had its own balcony. It was in the greatest location, walking distant to every-where. The staff were all nice and most helpful, on asking they let us have a late checkout for no extra cost, can't ask - Location to Cbd & public transport ideal. The staff are all friendly & helpful in every way. Being self contained was excellent and kept dining costs down, especially when staying with children who only need toast or cereal for breakfasts & a simple sandwich for lunches. Would stay again & every time when in Brisbane.

  Size of the apartment which was 3 bedroomed corner apartment would accomodate 2 families as it also had 2 bathrooms and was a really big living space. We were in a corner apartment on the 7th floor and we had a fantastic view of both the river and the bridge with the city as a backdrop abs - The location was perfect, so close to Restaurants & the River. A short walk to the ferry wharf for a delightful cruise into the city. Our 3 bedroom apartment overlooking the river was a bonus & the resort size pool is great compared to hotel pools in general. Definitely a must stay in Brisbane!

  I liked the closeness to the city, the restaurants and cafes. I loved my room. The facilities were tremendous for the size of the room.   I'm not sure why this place has received quite a few bad reviews, when I have nothing to complain about. The staff were lovely and very attentive, and helped us out with using the washing machine and fixing a window. The room had very good air con and foxtel, and a pretty decent kitchen. Also the little pizza joint was great too,cheap. 7/11 also next to that as well. Good vehicle parking access and great for getting from city around town and to airport. would definitely stay there again if apartment stay required.

  I loved it all, the room was perfect, clean, had everything provided for a our stay. Staff were brilliant. One day we were leaving to go down town, and it was just starting to rain.
