  On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful and very welcoming. Carparking was easy - a fee of $35 but we already knew about that so it was not a surprise. Still reasonable for inner city secure parking. The room itself was just lovely. Clean and new, modern and well decorated, I could find no fault. Meriton hospitality, one experience for only four days absolute perfection, Customer care already mentioned, Maintenance staff very polite and keep the room immaculate after every morning, overall experience rate out of a hundred?? 100% Satisfaction, please

Trevlig person snygg utsikt. - Det låga weekendpriset för en lägenhet med 1 sovrum, fantastiskt, och med utsikt över floden. Snygg inredning. Läget är lugnt och nära city.

  Once we got to the hotel, we were upgraded to the penthouse apartment for no extra costs and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us staying. The staff were helpful. It was very clean and extremely spacious. For 6 people staying, 3 bathrooms were extremely handy. We didn't use the free bike hire service in the end, but it was good to know they had it if needed. The ferry - Location was great. Easy access to CityCat and free Hop On Hop Off Ferry. Walkable to Southbank with many restaurants, cultural venues, great promenade, park like environment and the lovely man-made lagoon. Would go back to Brisbane in a heart beat. A bit of a mix-up with our reservation. They had us down for the night after we had reserved. Brigitte at front desk was great and found a room for us with 2 beds (which was what we had requested). Not too sure what happened with that!

  I recently spent 5 nights in a Studio Room at The Manor in order to attend a conference at the Brisbane Convention Centre and was very happy with my stay. The room was cosy, clean and well appointed and perfect for a solo traveller or couple. Bed was super comfy and I had no issues at all with noise from the city or from other guests.
