  Front desk service personnel very accommodating and attentive to providing solutions even to inquiries not directly related to stay, e.g. where in Adelaide to order for a bespoke customised plaque. Stay there for meals and one can skip the ones at more picturesque Windy Points. - The hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Staff were particularly friendly and efficient. Food was innovative, tasty and attractively presented. Excellent live music in foyer. Convenient location - good for shops, museums and walking along the river bank - green surroundings in minutes.   Everything was clean & tidy, you could tell they take pride in there Hotel. Our room was huge & comfortable (Executive Deluxe King Room). Our bed was very comfortable as were the huge pillows. The staff were very friendly & Gino stands out as a winner. You can see that his friendliness is genuine. Because of him w - My colleague and I checked in together and were immediately offered a free exec upgrade - very much appreciated as I needed to use desk. Rooms allocated were directly opposite - perfect for coordinating our departures (ie, good, thoughtful service). Great bathroom. Great snack selection. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a while + value for money.

  We loved this hotel! The room was the nicest we have ever stayed in due to it's size, the balcony, facilities and decor. It had a great view of the city and was located right in the CBD (perfect for a work or city trip). The lifts were always quick and are a bit fancy. Nice tea and coffee selection. Bathrobes and slippers a nice touch. Great customer service when we needed maintenance in our room (bathroom doors off runners).

  From the moment we arrived until that when we left we were made to feel welcome and valued. The staff were most attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive, and carried out their duties in a most professional manner. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. The restaurant was first class - and even though I have a food ... vad folk säger » intolerance issue the staff were sufficiently caring to ensure that I did not suffer any ill effects. - The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

I was a bit perturbed about being met in the street as the apartment I was in was not administered by the reception or management of the building, but this did not prove to be any issue at all in the end.   This is really very funny experience, I haven't seen such a hotels before, it was built in 70-th?? It is like soviet 'doma otdykha' but in very good quality. Seriously, everything is working, air conditioner has only 3 levels: low, medium, hi, but works better that many of new ones, bathroom is equipped ok, room is big and clean, free parking is c... vad folk säger » onvenient, even swimming pool is available and quite nice. Location is ok. If you are in the city for several days and would like to drive somewhere - - We have stayed hre before. We think it is suffering a little from being next door now to the Grand Chifley, which was a Park Royal. However, the setting opposite parkland, the staff, the rooms are still bright, clean, comfortable - will definitely stay again. My husband really likes a city hotel where you have adequate parking and ease of unloading and loading.
