  Front desk service personnel very accommodating and attentive to providing solutions even to inquiries not directly related to stay, e.g. where in Adelaide to order for a bespoke customised plaque. Stay there for meals and one can skip the ones at more picturesque Windy Points. - The hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Staff were particularly friendly and efficient. Food was innovative, tasty and attractively presented. Excellent live music in foyer. Convenient location - good for shops, museums and walking along the river bank - green surroundings in minutes. Good parking. A highlight of our journey across New Zealand and Australia. Thank you, Sebel.

  Everything was clean & tidy, you could tell they take pride in there Hotel. Our room was huge & comfortable (Executive Deluxe King Room). Our bed was very comfortable as were the huge pillows. The staff were very friendly & Gino stands out as a winner. You can see that his friendliness is genuine. Because of him w - My colleague and I checked in together and were immediately offered a free exec upgrade - very much appreciated as I needed to use desk. Rooms allocated were directly opposite - perfect for coordinating our departures (ie, good, thoughtful service). Great bathroom. Great snack selection. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a while + value for money.

  We loved this hotel! The room was the nicest we have ever stayed in due to it's size, the balcony, facilities and decor. It had a great view of the city and was located right in the CBD (perfect for a work or city trip). The lifts were always quick and are a bit fancy. Nice tea and coffee selection. Bathrobes and slippers a nice touch. Great customer service when we needed maintenance in our room (bathroom doors off runners).

  From the moment we arrived until that when we left we were made to feel welcome and valued. The staff were most attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive, and carried out their duties in a most professional manner. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. The restaurant was first class - and even though I have a food ... vad folk säger » intolerance issue the staff were sufficiently caring to ensure that I did not suffer any ill effects. - The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

The location on the water but close to Adelaide; all of the facilities; the housekeeping (everything was spotless, glass shiny, etc.); the food was excellent and well presented; the staff could not have been more helpful and gracious. I was a bit perturbed about being met in the street as the apartment I was in was not administered by the reception or management of the building, but this did not prove to be any issue at all in the end. A short walk to all that I needed to do. The highlight was the service from the owners. The price is the same as a hotel room but you have the luxury of a beautiful big apartment with a spa and wonderfully appointed kitchen. I will stay again.

A supermarket and bakery were within a few minutes walk and there were lovely big parks across the road and at the side of the block. The pool and spa were great, warm without being too hot.   Many rooms had a lovely view of the airfield but it is quite a quiet area and felt very safe. The restaurants and cafes nearby were excellent and very child friendly. Coffee from the bakery near Woolies was excellent. The rooms allowed for self-catering. Hot water for showers was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very large and stayed warm at night even with the Air-con turned off and outsi - Nice apartment, staff were friendly and very helpful. Was a good location for us as near our friends who we went to visit. it is about a $30 cab to CBD or there is a train station close by. We wanted to spend last day in the city and the hotel organised for the CBD quest to mind our baggage so we didn't need to come back before heading to airport. Mawson Lakes is very nice too.
