The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We arrived and they helped us a book a car rental for the next day within the first 30 minutes. The breakfast spread was also great. -
The room was a generous size, breakfast had a good selection. Location was convenient for the Balcarce area.

The staff were all very helpful and the location marvelous. The square is a lively place full of activity - brides and quinceanas having their pictures in front of the beautiful buildings, parades, politiacal speeches, and wonderful food to enjoy while you watch it all go by. (Check out La Madera.)

The staff is friendly but not intrusive. Beds were comfortable and the whole facility is very clean and well maintained. The hotel is well located and very quiet making for a relaxing stay. The lounge and patio are a delight. The receptionists are kind, smiley and genuine. The room has period furniture but still manages to be cosy. The bed is really comfortable. Location is great. There's a charming little patio though probably not all rooms have one. I don't know why the overall layout is so perfect - it just is.

The room was quite large and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and big with even a second sink outside of the bathroom so we each had our own sink! Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was several blocks from the centre of town, but the walk was very pleasant. -
