  It was our great luck to have stayed with Monika and Heinz. We are deeply thankful to them for their sincere hospitality and their professional service. Nothing was missing in the hostal El Relax, and the location was really good which is also very important for us. Absolutely recommendable!

  Everything was perfect. We had a small suite, good bedding, kitchen, bathroom / shower. Breakfast was delivered to our room exactly on time. Staff were very helpful. Highly recommended - fantastic value for money too! - Nice location and good to have a kitchen to yourself. The rooms are spacious though not as bright as the pictures show.   The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We arrived and they helped us a book a car rental for the next day within the first 30 minutes. The breakfast spread was also great. - The room was a generous size, breakfast had a good selection. Location was convenient for the Balcarce area.

Clean and comfortable, what stands out is the care put into making the hotel feel more like one's home - paintings, even hand-painted tiles bearing Salta poetry.   The staff were all very helpful and the location marvelous. The square is a lively place full of activity - brides and quinceanas having their pictures in front of the beautiful buildings, parades, politiacal speeches, and wonderful food to enjoy while you watch it all go by.   Very happy with everything except the one experience mentioned in the next box. Location was good, views from our window - very nice - tours booked - very nice. Generally a pleasant stay.
