The staff in this hotel are great - couldn't be more helpful. I arrived early but was immediately granted access to my room - 3 hours early. Helpful on booking trips, remembered my name - really great. The breakfast was huge and much better than other breakfasts I have had in other hotels. The bed linen was soft and the bed comfy. Location is fantastic! That best thing about this hotel. Lots of good restaurants and bars around, shop, pharmacy, etc. Personnel is taking care of safety, which is good except the cases when you have to go out late at night and there is nobody who can open the door for you. And you can't do it by yourself. Personnel is nice, trying to help and recommend. Room is clean, comfortable.

The hotel is very well located within 2 blocks of the "Moreno" SUBTE station, and 4 blocks of other 2 SUBTE stations.
The room i stayed was little, but for me as a solo traveller it was reasonable.
The Wi-Fi works good on the room, and is complementary.
Also used the taxi service, and it was right on time on the front of the hotel.

The staff and facilities at Two Hotel Buenis Aires was excellent. The Operations Manager Rafael Perez tried to make everyone feel at home at the hotel and he and his staff helped everyone who stayed at he hotel. Most of the most can speak English and a few other languages. The price for staying at the hotel was great for what facilities were offered.

It was in a very good location and close to the hop on hop off bus stop. The staff spoke english
