The hotel is very well located within 2 blocks of the "Moreno" SUBTE station, and 4 blocks of other 2 SUBTE stations. The room i stayed was little, but for me as a solo traveller it was reasonable. The Wi-Fi works good on the room, and is complementary. Also used the taxi service, and it was right on time on the front of the hotel. price is good too. The staff and facilities at Two Hotel Buenis Aires was excellent. The Operations Manager Rafael Perez tried to make everyone feel at home at the hotel and he and his staff helped everyone who stayed at he hotel. Most of the most can speak English and a few other languages. The price for staying at the hotel was great for what facilities were offered.

Staff were really helpful and polite - just often had to wait a long time at reception for assistance. Reception area seemed understaffed. The hotel is modern and stylish. The staff were bery helpful with good english and assisted us to reschedule our trip after my wife's handbag was stolen and we had to spend a day arranging a new passport for her. Very nice hotel, profesional helpfull stuff (speaks only spanish), nice rooms, wi-fi internet, five computers free for use in lobby. Very cheap, excellent value for money, very recomended!. The hotel is brand new (very modern design), so no pipe problems or things like that. It's well located, very close to the Pink House. It's also very clean. Overall, a great hotel!. The Location. the design. The A/C of my room (room 203) wasn't working very well, but since it was late when i tried to turn on the A/C i didn`t warned the reception. I liked everything about the hotel and staff. I have nothing negative abou the hotel, facilities and staff. The exchanges rates throughout the city were unstable. Rooms are a little bit small, breakfast is basic. The only issue is the breakfast, wich is good but no variety at all... no fruits either. Staff was not always helpful with a poor understanding of english. The room we had was small for a family of four. there was nothing. Based upon the place it is located they need a restaurant. For solo travelers a doble bed room is not always desirable. My smart phone was connecting the wifi easily but my laptop computer not. Breakfast is very weak. Last morning they even did not have any cheese. Bureaucratic checking system, even have to sign a no smoking Claus. Staff is not very customer orientated. wi-fi might gets rough sometimes, no hair dryer in the rooms. I would like some fruits in the breakfast (but there were many different juices). The room was a little small. Cost of laundry services. Wifi was weak. I was unable to cancel my 1 day cancellation as I had a delay in my visa issuance and the hotel charged me for that. I can say they charged me complete 3 days instead of my 36 hrs stay with them and that too they informed me at the end when I was checking out. strong sewer smelling from bath. Non-qualified staff, poor breakfast, the room was not cleaned (i.e., there was dust everywhere everyday), towels were not changed everyday, I booked a double-room and got a room with two single beds - they had no solution until I gave the suggestion of putting them together - which is common practice in hotels, but they didn't know. breakfast. Very antipathetic staff (except for one or two of them). The hotel is not so cheap for having such an unhelpful staff, mainly the men at the reception. Room and staff The room was advertised as for four- it would not comfortably host two not to mind three or four. The shower in the room was behind a semi transparent glass panel- when is this appropriate for a room for more than two people!!!! The staff promised us a change and then when we looked on more than two occasions they finally said one was not available- we never received an apology from any staff member. The bathroom was dirty (I mean, nasty). It was so bad and there was no housekeeping service at the time we arrived so we had to request a change of rooms. The rooms were quite small and there was no blowdryer in the room (you had to request it from the concierge and at the time I called to request one, there was no one available to bring it up to the room, so I was told that I had to wait until 8:30 a.m., but I was checking out at 6:00 a.m. for an early flight out of Buenos Aires). One of the girls from my group had her backpack stolen on the hall of the hotel and the staff didnt do anything to help her. The staff that didn't help, all the noise that comes from other places, the poor breakfast & almost everything else. My reserves were totally wrong. I requested a room with a couple's bed to spend great times with my girlfriend, but I was dissapointed when they only offer to us a room with twin's bed. They didn't give any importance to my problem, any solution was provided. Poor and arrogant staff. Poor breakfast. Poor Internet wireless. the cleanliness and the staff.
