The staff were so helpful. My bag went missing in Madrid and was delivered in the early hour of the morning. The hotel owner took delivery of the bag, and made all the arrangements with Iberia. The staff were friendly, and very helpful. The owners were delightful. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water and a good shower. I loved the respect they had shown the beautiful old building. It's a great place to stay in San Telmo - gracias

The hotel is very well located within 2 blocks of the "Moreno" SUBTE station, and 4 blocks of other 2 SUBTE stations.
The room i stayed was little, but for me as a solo traveller it was reasonable.
The Wi-Fi works good on the room, and is complementary.
Also used the taxi service, and it was right on time on the front of the hotel.

The staff and facilities at Two Hotel Buenis Aires was excellent. The Operations Manager Rafael Perez tried to make everyone feel at home at the hotel and he and his staff helped everyone who stayed at he hotel. Most of the most can speak English and a few other languages. The price for staying at the hotel was great for what facilities were offered.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, nice clean sheets. Nice little balcony in the room. Air conditioning, lots of storage space. Nice, friendly staff. Quite, clean, most of all, large spacious room with art deco design - The room itself. It is huge and "pintoresco" as they say. (picturesque) although it needs a new painting. The bed is very comfortable.
