It was clean, the staff was really friendly, spoke great english and the hotel is located in the center of buenoa aires which was great since everything was at a walking distance. The Operations Manager Rafael Perez tried to make everyone feel at home at the hotel and he and his staff helped everyone who stayed at he hotel.
