  I deeply recommend this hotel to anyone that visits BA. It is very cosy, well designed, well decorated and you really feel at Home. It is very well located in Palermo Hollywood in a very nice area with excelent restaurants. It is also very close to Palermo Soho and only some steps away (but not that much!) from the Subway.   It was a very calm peaceful setting in a busy city. We used the Ilum as our base and travelled to other destinations returning to the Ilum each time.   This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel. So convenient not only because of the location but the apartments themselves are large and comfortable. The staff always very helpful and the free breakfast is great.My only complaint about this hotel would be that the rooms definitely need to be updated.   Great location around Recoleta. Very close to many tourist attractions such as the Recoleta Cemetery and Teatro Colon. Friendly staff, most spoke English very well. Breakfast was minimal but enjoyable because there were no time constraints.   I’m very glad that we choose to stay at the Sileo Hotel for the week we spent in Buenos Aires. The hotel itself is a little gem located in Recoleta, the nicest part of Buenos Aires. The location is great as it's on a quieter street around the cemetery. We had the most amazing view of the cemetery. We would absolutely stay there again if we were back in Buenos Aires.
