  We had booked a junior suite. The room was good sized with a small balcony. The room is large with a spectacular bathroom area. Toilet and bidet in an enclosed room with a shower, sauna, a huge two person jacuzzi and a large counter area with two sinks. Good kingsized bed and desk with a good wi-fi link. Their recommendations of restaurants and activities were great. Room was big and bright with a big comfortable bed. Location was right near a lot of shopping and transit. Every major tourist site was within walking distance or a short taxi.

Staff were really helpful in printing off boarding passes for us.   This is what we updated recently in the Trip Advisor... Sometimes things don't go according to plan. At the back end of our wedding anniversary cruise we were booked for three days at the Fierro Hotel in Buenos Ares. A couple of days before the end of the cruise, we received an email message saying that the hotel had somehow inadvertently double b... vad folk säger » ooked our first day. Not good news, but already the manager had worked on the recovery plan: booked us into a nearby equivalent hotel and offered to c - We loved this hotel!! Highlights for us were the valuable local knowledge the staff provided (especially Victoria), the bed and size of the room, the rooftop pool (this seems to be a rare treat at BA hotels), and lastly the best meal we had the entire trip was at the HG restaurant underneath the hotel. We only have great things to say of this hotel and would definitely return if we are ever again in BA. We also found the fierro blog Insidebuenosaires.com full of the best advise for things to do
