  The staff went out of their way to make my stay fun. They gave good restaurant tips and helped me book other travels . They spoke good English , I speak little Spanish . The pool was small but refreshing after a full day of walking in the heat! - The facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

  This is what we updated recently in the Trip Advisor... Sometimes things don't go according to plan. At the back end of our wedding anniversary cruise we were booked for three days at the Fierro Hotel in Buenos Ares. A couple of days before the end of the cruise, we received an email message saying that the hotel had somehow inadvertently double b... vad folk säger » ooked our first day. Not good news, but already the manager had worked on the recovery plan: booked us into a nearby equivalent hotel and offered to c - We loved this hotel!! Highlights for us were the valuable local knowledge the staff provided (especially Victoria), the bed and size of the room, the rooftop pool (this seems to be a rare treat at BA hotels), and lastly the best meal we had the entire trip was at the HG restaurant underneath the hotel. We only have great things to say of this hotel and would definitely return if we are ever again in BA. We also found the fierro blog Insidebuenosaires.com full of the best advise for things to do

  I deeply recommend this hotel to anyone that visits BA. It is very cosy, well designed, well decorated and you really feel at Home. It is very well located in Palermo Hollywood in a very nice area with excelent restaurants. It is also very close to Palermo Soho and only some steps away (but not that much!) from the Subway. Furthermore, they used their inside information to make a very nice guide about places (cafes, restaurants, bars,. - Home is a wonderful place with warm and friendly staff and great attention to detail. I loved their mini guidebook that contained local recommendations, which is especially helpful when you visit a city for the first time.

  The desk staff were the best- very friendly, knowledgeable, excellent English language, and willing to help out (especially Roberto, Carlos and Raquel). The rooms were stylishly appointed- small, but efficient and comfortable. The outdoor courtyard was pleasant and landscaped well. Good location (Palermo - safe area), excellent staff and really nice rooms. We arrived at 7 am after a very long flight and got our rooms 8 hours before normal check-in time. They arrange transfer to/from airport for a decent rate, give nice tips for tango and sightseeing. Very friendly staff! Breakfast was also good.
