The rooms (503/703) we stayed were very spacious, modern and stylish, and although the hotel it's on a busy street, the noise didn't bother us.   Without question....the staff is unbeatable! The owner and son are on premise for most of each day. They have a great team of people. Most all spoke English fluently. The entire team is SUPER helpful and accommodating. Can't say enough about them! The location is fantastic: shopping, walking, dining, several churches within walking distanc... vad folk säger » e, active nightlife with a myriad of sidewalk cafes, and yet....even with our windows open all night, we heard little to no noise. Transportation is - The staff was professional and very kind. I felt very safe in the hotel as a foreigner and would recommend this hotel to everyone! It's walking distance to all the hip neighborhoods and great tourist attractions. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I will be back.

  This is what we updated recently in the Trip Advisor... Sometimes things don't go according to plan. At the back end of our wedding anniversary cruise we were booked for three days at the Fierro Hotel in Buenos Ares. A couple of days before the end of the cruise, we received an email message saying that the hotel had somehow inadvertently double b... vad folk säger » ooked our first day. Not good news, but already the manager had worked on the recovery plan: booked us into a nearby equivalent hotel and offered to c - We loved this hotel!! Highlights for us were the valuable local knowledge the staff provided (especially Victoria), the bed and size of the room, the rooftop pool (this seems to be a rare treat at BA hotels), and lastly the best meal we had the entire trip was at the HG restaurant underneath the hotel. We only have great things to say of this hotel and would definitely return if we are ever again in BA. We also found the fierro blog Insidebuenosaires.com full of the best advise for things to do
