  Upon checking in, I was exhausted from traveling (sale rep) and the gentleman checking me in (forgive me I can't recall his name) was wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly. He took time to answer my questions and even suggested an upgrade. I liked the offer. He is also the reason I stayed in to dine. I ate in the lounge and it was perfect. At check out Andrea was great to give advice for some last minute gifts I needed for my girls at home and a - location and proximity to wineries; history and ambiance; staff professionalism and readiness to accomodate guests; decor, cleanliness, and upkeep. - Excellent location in downtown Walla Walla. Enjoyed complimentary copy of local paper and area map. Wonderful restaurant too. I'll be back soon.
