Great location by the mall, only you can't even see it because of all the trees and landscape. I forgot something and the friendly, helpful staff had it for me at the front desk in a few minutes. A slice of quiet heaven in the city. -

I checked in late and the clerk was able to find my reservation, get me checked in, provide the wifi code (without being asked!), and answered all my questions. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.
Much quieter than most other hotels/motels, especially in the early morning hours.
The young women serving breakfast were especially efficient and courteous. -

While it seems to be predominately a business hotel. I was in Vancouver for my granddaughter's graduation. I had the grandchildren take turns staying with me to enjoy the pool and shopping; the hotel was really welcoming to these well-behaved children and we all enjoyed their stay.

I have stayed here a couple times before. It is a perfect place to stay. I used to prefer large hotels. But since finding Heathman Lodge I always stay here. Ambiance is perfect! Rooms are spacious and perfectly appointed. Restaurant is gourmet. All levels of staff are well-trained and efficient and always ready to serve with a smile. Have I said enough to convince you to book a room? I hope so!!!!! You will be glad you did!!!!!
