  Staff was very friendly, especially valet staff. Pool area was large and seats were comfy. Bed was super comfy. Lots of places in lobby to sit. Breakfast in dining room had a great presentation and tasted very good.   I like that the Biltmore is pet friendly, theres even a trail where one can walk their pet. Really enjoyed the room, clean, equipped, and nice interior design.   As with many of the hotels in this small chain (Joie de Vivre) this hotel had a funky design in an old hotel "shell". It was actually a bit more like a motel, with outdoor corridors. For anyone wanting to visit Great America, it's a fantastic location. Also good for any business on 101 corridor. Bed was comfy and room (except for the toilet) was v... что говорят » ery clean. Also surprisingly quiet. - JDV has done a decent job disguising an old motel into a more hip property. Many amenities in the rooms are only found at higher end hotels but during renovation they chose to not to spend money on new tile in shower and bath floor which is a shame. Still, a good location for business travelers and great fitness center and good pool area. Bedding is great.
