The daily maid service was impeccable and the staff were all very pleasant. The wi-fi worked well and was free though not quite fast enough to take large downloads like movie files well. An excellent value for the money in a very convenient location just 10-15 minutes walk to Union Square at a fraction of the price.

girlfriend and I stayed for two days and had a great experience. The
staff was friendly, the location was great, room was clean and updated.
We stayed in room 404, which I highly recommend. There was a private
full balcony off the room that provided a complete unobstructed view of

Terrific suite with fantastic view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Welcoming
and helpful staff. Convenient parking, although daily charge of $25 plus
tax seemed a little high. Good continental breakfast, with fresh fruit,
pastries, and bagels, bread, preserves etc. Great location for walking
to Fishermans Wharf etc, or the great value bus into the city.

Location is central a little the wrong side of town but this is why it is cheap I thnk if you can go along with the crazies around its fine. Beautiful hotel well above its class rating with lovely staff - Hotel Whitcomb was clean, very pleasant. Room had beautiful decorations, bathroom and the whole experience was excellent. First time in a 'Boutique Hotel' setting, was amazing, very charming, friendly, convenient to everything, trolley directly outside hotel....restaurants, cafes, shopping, all within walking distance, or hop on trolley. Was very quiet, slept wonderfully. Decor quaint & beautiful. Bed comfy, water pressure great. Bkft included was good & filling. Cannot say enough great things about this adorable hotel. We will definately be back!
