  The front desk help was excellent. I also loved the cleanliness of the room and the view was simply gorgeous. When I told the front desk that my wife was having surgery the next day at Scrips Hospital she changed our third floor room to ground floor very near the entrance, very nice.   The rooms were really nice and the beds were super comfortable. Staff was very friendly.   Our stay was wonderful, the staff at the hotel were so friendly and accommodating. Janine the front desk manager sent us a bottle of Champaign for my husbands 60th birthday! That was just so sweet.
