I like for the amount we got it for, and for two nights was a really great deal. My sister-in-law stayed at Holiday Inn Express and we seen their rooms and they were small. I loved ours because it was spacious and well worth the price! My first time in Brownwood and it was great! -

Good Value. Rooms were clean and well cared for. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and included eggs, bacon, juice and rolls, plus cold cereal. Free DVDs available in the office, but hard to see what is available because they are located well behind the counter. -

This hotel is an older place and it shows it's age. But the rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable, cold air conditioning and the staff was very friendly and very welcoming. Would stay again. -

Stayed here because it was the only thing available for the weekend in a 40+ mile radius. Son had stayed here under a different management and did not like it. Since then there is new management. Property is old but very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again if I had to. -

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. The price was amazing for all that we got!! The hotel was easy to get to and close to highways to get us into downtown Dallas. It is a bit secluded but easy to get anywhere we needed. -
The value of money, the location is around 15 minutes drive from downtown.

From the outside, this doesn't look like a place for an older single
woman to stay, but I've stayed at other hotels in Ft. Stockton and
been kept awake by people coming and going, partying, and by a/c
units that cycle on and off so loudly that I'm awakened every time.

The price was great and everything was clean, felt safe, etc. I'm
glad I didn't stay in Midland like I had originally planned -- I
couldn't find anything affordable that didn't look scary /
filthy in the reviews. This one was exactly right for me coming out of
the airport and giving me a stopping point on my way down to Big Bend at
night. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful and answered
the door promptly even though I checked out late at night and left early
in the morning!
