  Staff was friendly location was perfect everything we wanted to do was no more than 10 minutes away. Facilities for children were nice and we would bring them there with us next visit. - The food that was served for the convention was excellent, the room was clean.

  we enjoyed most everything from fishing ,spa,pool,bar with live entertainment ect..and the staff was excellent like they would jump through hoop to make you happy or to accommodate your needs top notch.we will be going back.we could stay any where being members of encore properties and resort this place is the best. - The Inn in Pocono Manor is ... что говорят » certainly a hotel I want to re-visit and stay in- friendly team, very nice room, fantastic view and atmosphere and great opportunities for in- nature activities. I was there for business nearby, but realy like to get back for some vacation! - The place had a lot character being an older building. We stayed in the unrenovated part of the hotel but it was still nice. Nothing to necessarily write home about but nice. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very nice. Overall a pleasant stay.

  I plan to never stay at Lukan's for two days again. Next time I hope it will be a week. Outstanding staff and facility for a perfect get away. - Staff was very friendly & accommodating - all requests quickly handled courteously Food was good and served in a warm, welcoming dining area

  Every member of the staff we interacted with was polite and extremely helpful. We stayed the night of Valentine's Day, and upon check-in the receptionist upgraded us from a Queen Premium to a Queen Suite free of charge; the room was absolutely amazing. We had much more room for activities. We ordered room service for dinner and breakfast--though w... что говорят » e were told there would be a long wait, the food came quickly and was amazing. - In a lovely setting and a great stop off on the way to Niagara from DC. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed so not sure if this is a good representation but the room was fine, clean and comfortable. Very quiet too. The restaurant is good and both dinner and breakfast were lovely.
