  Super clean and comfortable room. Staff was awesome and friendly. Everything is still new, but no weird smells.   I stayed for one night. Vehicular access to the hotel was very easy and close to main city expressways. The parking lot was ordinary but access-controllable. Room was clean and stuff regarded their guests with professional courtesy. - The desk staff were extremely courteous and helpful.   The hotel is beautiful, the lobby dome used to be a bank in 1900. Breakfast staff was excellent! We got a good rate with breakfast included with booking. Great location. - downtown location is great. Close to shopping, theaters, historical district and transportation. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.

  Chris at the Concierge area is the best hotel concierge I have ever dealt with in 20+ years of extensive travelling around the world. This guy has it down, energy, smile, dedication, fast accurate answers, and frankly was the reason I stayed at this hotel (after a phone call interacting with him).   Room was very nice, as were the staff. We were only a mile from Gettysburg, so the location was great. Nice continental breakfast. Also, fresh coffee was available in the lobby at all times. Also offered free shuttle service into Gettysburg if needed.
