  Location was right next to U Penn, which was beautiful and was very close to the trolley and metro stops. An art museum was practically 500 feet away and was super close to Han Dynasty, an amazing Chinese restaurant. - It was a charming hotel with a University personality and feel.   We loved the comfort of the king size bed. Having a kitchen gave us the opportunity to cook in or bring back leftovers to reheat in the oven or microwave. My husband could watch TV in the livingroom while I had the TV in the bedroom. - Everyone was wonderful at the AKA. The location was Fantastic!

  Loved the inn and the staff. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. Beautiful garden out back with terrace dining overlooking. - What a wonderful Inn! The ambiance, the meals, the staff…everything about this Inn is delightful.
