The staff was excellent. Very courteous and welcoming. We had originally booked for 1 night and decided to stay in the area for an extra night. They were able to cheerfully accommodate us for the extra night with no problem.

Loved the sauna & will next time get a massage as well. I love the fact that there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage therapist, & sauna. Perfect for those stiff muscles from driving. We loved the complete set-up, the maritim style throughout the hotel.
Common areas were nicely furnished and with great views of the marina.

The staff was excellent from the doorman to the pool staff. The front desk was helpful. Erica at the bar was attentive and made you feel like you've been showing up there for years. The gentleman who provide fires outside for two nights was a very nice man.

The staff was excellent. We had a problem finding a parking space and Crystal was amazing. She came into the parking lot and actually called people to ask them to move their cars to make more space available. She did in fact get us a spot. Crystal went above and beyond to help us and NEVER stopped smiling.

Didn't have to leave the resort except for groceries. Lots of activities each day for all ages. Lots of boats, nice pool. Helpful and hardworking staff. Great location. So nice to see lemonade and cookies at check-in desk, even though we were too full to enjoy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bacon beautifully cooked at breakfast buffet; pancakes good. Loved the area for kids near the pool, and the spacious grounds. Lots of little nooks around the hotel for quiet conversations. Loved the fire "pit" outside

The location is very close to the lake and there are many good restaurants nearby. The first night we were given a room that was over looking at the back parking but in the morning the staff were helpful in locating us to a room that overlooking at the lake which was very nice.

Indoor waterpark was great for kids (11 & 6). Be sure to read there
website about the waterpark. Great for rainy days. Also the arcade was
quite big which also took up some time (and money) for the kids.
Downtown Lake George Village was nice for shopping and finding places to

Very clean and comfortable. They had alot of fun activities for the kids. I felt safe being there with just myself and my small 4 children. I left a few items behind when I checked out and they mailed the items to me- who does that? I will highly recommend this place -great time!

Absolutely beautiful setting on Lake George. Great swimming and available kayaks and paddle boards. Nice enough, comfortable, clean room with frij and micro. Really nice outdoor sitting areas, both outside our room and deck over the lake with lounge/adirondack chairs. -

Historic, gorgeous Inn with tons of character, both inside and out. Decorated in unique Adirondack style. Awesome whirlpool and indoor pool on the ground floor. Spa is renowned. Breakfast buffet in The View restaurant was delicious. Room was plenty big for three women and tastefully decorated. Hotel is perfectly located right on the lake and a close walk to everything in town.

Recognized her at breakfast the following day and took it upon
themselves to sing her happy birthday even remembering her name. Upon
check out they had a hand written card with a small gift (winter hat)
thanking her for spending her birthday at The Whiteface Lodge .

Absolutely superb accommodations that met and exceeded all expectations. The game room, movie theater, bowling, pools and the lakeside water sports added value at every turn. Breakfast was a delight and the staff superb. The room was spacious with every creature comfort imaginable and the architecture and views were remarkable.
