Fantastic, safe location just a few short minutes by foot to Times Square and in the centre of Restaurant Row - in-house restaurant was great too and we had a few meals there - including room service. Breakfasts were taken in the mezzanine conservatory and were delicious, with a wide choice of food and drink - the bagels and muffins were great.

The staff were fantastic to deal with, extremely friendly and helpful. Did not request an early check in but arrived following overnight flight and were accommodated immediately. The decor and facilities were excellent and despite having a room overlooking 46th St noise was not an issue and it was a nice view to look out upon opening the curtains in Oct sun in NY. I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent

The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

How close the Inn was to the Rapids and how we were able to walk around
the usa side of the Falls and the Park. Everyone we met were helpful and
friendly. The Coventry room was beautiful and so comfortably. Thanks to
the Inn for upgrading us with no problem. Making reservations on the
internet does not always show exactly what you are looking for. The
Staff, especially Jeffrey who greeted us upon arrival was friendly and
so helpful. He helped us with our luggage and showed us around our room.

We loved the Inn as we first drove up and saw it. And once we checked in, the staff and rooms are wonderful. Breakfast and Dinner were absolutely delicious. We are looking forward to staying again. -

Very comfy facilities. A fire going in the lounge with a big couch. There was a dining room with a jazz band playing. There is a cocktail lounge that was relaxing. was already gone but they had upgraded us to a room with two queen beds
and a small kitchenette with a view of the mountains so that was great.
