This hotel is almost so perfect, so it becomes in fact boring. How is that five star hotels still can't understand to threat guest as individuals? When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. Different individuals are intresting, perfect robotized hotels are not.

Very Clean, Friendly Staff, Excellent Breakfast and the room was very new and the beds were very nice and the linens and pillows were very nice. The staff coudn't have been nicer. They should be rewarded for their friendliness including the breakfast area staff. -

We loved the room. Small but beds were very comfortable. Our friend's suite was well designed and comfortable.
The staff was really nice and attentive. We were happy to find this hotel in that area because of location close to shopping and winery tour!

Large rooms with kitchenette make travelling comfortable. The little on site shop was especially useful and we would not hesitate to use this Hotel when next in the area. -
Spotless suites with desk area, rolling office chair, lounge chair, a big closet and a well equipped kitchen. Restaurants were within walking distance.

I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent

The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

Iove how close hotel is to my daughters apt and many great restaurants. I loved the view out my window of buildings and empire state bldg. I just love the Bowery. This is our place from now on!!! Will bring my husband in Oct. love your employees. Very genuine. Fun to see a celebrity now and then but most of all how they can be just people like the rest of us while relaxing and not having attention brought to them.

loved the kitchen and layout of our room, the pool. The breakfast was good. We had asked for the pullout bed to be made up, but no pillows or blankets (other than one very thin blanket) were provided. This place is an authentic jewelry! The location is ideal, in the lively city center but right on the lake, featuring a private beach provided with chairs, canoe, paddle boats, toys for the kids, etc.; the staff is professional and attentive, the people in charge of the room cleaning very efficient; our room was quiet and comfortable; the pool and the whirlpools are a nice "plus". We will definitively come back!
