We were there for only two days but covered a concert, movie, dinner, local shops and just walking around town with the convenience of going back and forth to the cottage which was maybe 3/4 of a mile from the center of the town. The Manager of property, Melissa, was polite and very receptive to whatever our needs were. Excellent towels in the Bat - extraordinary design features, from lighting to curtains to chairs, everything very relaxing and the beauty of it created a mood of comfort and pleasure. The cottage was secluded and very private, which was a big plus.

  The hotel was very clean, and they have a friendly pet policy. The breakfast was super, considering it was included in the rate. I will definitely stay again - The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the hotel was easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again and hope to soon!

  We stayed in a 1Bedroom Apartment for overnight. The place was well maintained and clean and surroundings peaceful. There were good number of restaurants which were quite close to the hotel. We wish we could have stayed there for more time to enjoy the hotel. - Reasonable distance from the airport and shopping area.Excellent Breakfast

We had asked for the pullout bed to be made up, but no pillows or blankets (other than one very thin blanket) were provided. We also asked ahead of time for more toiletries as there were 3 ppl staying in room, also not provided.   Good location. Easy access off of the highway. Close to the VA Medical Center and U of Buffalo. We had a king room and it was huge. Not fancy but everything was clean and in good working order. Wifi was free and worked well. Breakfast was adequate. Close to many restauraunts. Good value for the money. - The staff was very friendly.
