The desk manager was very pleasant and helpful, as my luggage did not arrive on the flight, and he arranged for the shuttle to take me to the airport several times in order for me to retreive my luggage!!!   The hotel was perfectly located near to Union Square with a really nice staff, especially the blond georgian girl. For a 3stars hotel it was perfect: very clean, very cosy and comfortable. I loved the shower, it's the first time I'm happy with the bathroom although I'm traveling all the time and took some 5stars before.   We booked the room with breakfast, which was excellent value. Food great but service extremely slow. Excellent for comfort and cleanliness. - I liked the location. Auburn is a nice town. The pool was nice and the hotel was clean and the staff very nice and helpful.
