Very nicely maintained bed and breakfast with clean comfortable rooms,
friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and a convenient hot tub. The owners
were very friendly and easy going. After checking in, we walked just a
block to get to Commercial St, which is the main drag in Provincetown.

I and my husband needed a little getaway and time off from our two kids. After browsing for the best deal we embarked upon Beaconlight Guesthouse. I think it was within average price for most bed and breakfast locations around the area. The location was clean, rooms were clean and i would not complain about the breakfast, although would have preferred hot breakfast but they provide you with yogurt, granola, pastries, coffee, tea, muffins. What a delightful stay! We were there for 3 nights as we explored
'off season' Cape Cod in October.
The inn is beautifully presented with lots of vintage and period features and furniture that give it a really lovely feel. Room & bed were comfy, and relaxing to be in.
The attention to detail was also great: cider/coffee and cookies on arrival

This was our second time staying here and we plan to come back again.
They have a friendly staff and they offered to upgrade us to a nicer
room free of charge (perhaps because it was off season). I love that you
can control the heat in your room and it is silent heat. They have free
breakfast, which they didn't advertise on the letsbookhotel.com
reservation. It's a warm and charming place.

We loved our stay at the Seaward Inn. The staff was accommodating. The room was clean. The location and view were both awesome. We loved sitting outside watching and listening to the tide come in while we sipped on some wine. There was even a nice breakfast in the morning. We are definitely planning to go back again! -

Everything is very clean. The breakfast is simple but with nice quality. For example, the soy milk I had was organic, and the bread was not some cheap toast but real (tasty) bread. There're also boiled eggs, yogurt, homemade cake, etc.
I also like they use passwords instead of key or keycard for rooms and the building. I never need to worry about

Since I was there during a very popular time, the price was more expensive than usual. Therefore, I cannot comment on -
i loved how homey the Morrison House was. I felt like I was a guest in a very clean and well-maintained residence. It is very quiet, and the hosts are incredibly accommodating and friendly. The location was also fantastic. A two minute walk from the very active Davis Square and the Red Line into the city.
