The staff were very pleasant and helpful . Breakfast was included and was perfect for first thing in the morning.   Very accommodating staff - Located in a quiet side road. Ideal to go shoping by foot. Nice stores (also grocery) close by. As for the rooms it seems to depend on which room you get: I was located 1 block away from Copley House and enjoyed the suite very much.

  This hotel is absolutely excellent! We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend, having taken the ferry over from Boston. We were met with a very warm welcome from the staff. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. The facilities within the hotel were also impressive. There is a bar and bistro menu available. Free Parking, Very courteous and genuinely friendly reception. High marks to young man (with bling in his ear) who was very efficient, courteous helpful and professional.
