The staff was very friendly, always helpful. They seemed to anticipate that I had a question and volunteered their assistance. We felt safe. My husband and I noticed your hotel's security - alert but discreet. We had an amazing, wonderful first trip to Chicago. The Hyatt Regency certainly was a big part of making our vacation so enjoyable. Chicago people are friendly, obviously proud of their city and eager to make visitors feel welcome.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was
beautiful with alot of nice "little touches" like scented

while we wait in the lobby and it was really quick.

Hotel is outstanding, service is top notch, attention to detail great, our room and view was really perfect. Looked straight out at the Watertower and lake, gorgeous. Breakfast- lots of options and variety..... was very surprised.
Pool- Big pool and it was indoors, i liked it because of how many hrs it was open.
Rooms- MASSIVE!!! Clean and comfortable at a price i felt was very reasonable.
