  The room was really nice, it had a couch, refrigerator and everything we would need. The price was very reasonable. The location was great: a couple of minutes from down town Aspen, with plenty of parking and near by running trails. The staff was very friendly.   The staff was awesome. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The front desk were the most inviting people ive ever met at a hotel. The valet people were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable of the area, directions and activities. Couldn't have found a better group of employees! Thanks to letsbookhotel.com and the sheraton for a fantastic four - The staff was extremely prompt and courteous with our requests and always followed up to make sure a good job was done. The location was fantastic. It was extremely cold when we were there and the 16th St. Mall shuttle, being right outside the front door, made a great way to get to where we were going.

  We arrived very late, after midnight, and the front desk was very helpful noting that we requested a late check out. The next day they were gracious enough to let us stay for a while longer. We loved the facility and the room.   The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms are well finished. The hotel is well-located in town, near all the shops and amenities in Manitou Springs. We stayed in a studio and found it to have everything we needed and plenty of space. I didn't try out the heated toilet seat though. Dinner in the hotel restaurant is to be recommended. It is a bit expensive with add on charges (just tell me the price and don't hand me a bunch of service fees that are nothing more than a higher price for the room disguised as tips for the staff-I am pretty sure the staff never see a penny of the service fees). This hotel is really clean, quiet, has an excellent staff and an excellent restaurant(s).
