  We were up in Flagstaff to visit our daughter going to NAU, and this hotel is walking distance to campus! The new owners (just a few weeks) were fantastic! So friendly, they set a culture there that was like going to a european hostel. They much improved the offered breakfast, and everyone talked with each other at breakfast, enjoying everyone's... что говорят » company. James and Laura (the owners) set that tone beautifully! It wasn't just a place to stay, but a warm, friendly experience! We will be back! - it was in the middle of Flagstaff which is a nice, historic town on route 66. In a short drive you are in the beautiful mountains and a good base to visit the grand canyon. The owners were very friendly and helpfull. They kept bringing us information about places to see like(Sedona/Jerome, which were great btw!) And they served the best motel-breakfast we've had in the US. They even had eggs!

  This motel was undergoing renovation so some things were good and some bad. Walls newly painted and bathroom was retiled but carpet was dirty and heavily stained. Furniture was old and worn. Tv did not work but was repaired when I reported it. Staff was friendly and accommodating. - Price

  That the other guesswhile sitting outside on a hot evening were polite enough to keep quiet. Also able to enjoys a small pool party for my 4 yr old with a few friends. I think it was scary for me at first because of the review Zi read before hand but real ppl it was not that horrrible. I would go again and the first time I drove in I feared for my life from the reviews :-/ I had read but go see for urself and - Linda, the front desk clerk was extremely helpful and allowed us to change rooms after we just checked in and got the toilet plugged up. She also found a remote control for us after we switched rooms without complaining. All in all, it was a very comfortable, cost efficient stay. We were only there one night, but will definitely go back whenever we travel to Phoenix again.
