  We loved Ashley at the pool bar and Marcello, the beach keeper! They were both the Most Friendly at the hotel! We weren't happy with the folks at the front desk! Not friendly and didn't notify us when our room was ready! We were about to leave at 4:45 when they never contacted us that the room was ready. I amI afraid if we waited for the front desk to notify us, we would have slept at the pool! - All the staff was very nice. And helpfull. I am a diabetic and needed to eat fast one night after most of the restaurants had closed. The front desk gave me the phone number of a restaurant that was close and they deliverd fast. Great customer service, couldn't of asked for more. Exeeded my expectations.
