Arived in Chicago on a bitter cold evening -- airport transportation prompt & friendly. Hotel itself, warm & welcoming. Wonderful, helpful staff. Enjoyed a great meal right in the hotel, didn't have to go out in the snowy night. Perfect start to a week long visit, after a tiring flight. Would highly recommend! -

Accomodations were very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and
helpful. Continental breakfast was well stocked even up to the last
minute of serving time. Waffles were great -
We were vising my brother in Arlington Heights. Motel was very convenient to his house. Price of rooms was excellent, budget-friendly. All good.

The room was a nice size with a King bed and sofa. I liked the sink on the outside of the stool/tub. The front desk staff was nice and accommodating. The area it was in seemed to be nice and safe. There were convenient stores and restaurants. -

Amenities in the room were excellent. I particularly liked the sleep number bed and the aromatherapy "relaxation kit". -
