  The beds slept great and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the geese and pelicians and the squirels that came right up to our patio but did not bother us. You could tell they were very tame.   The value was excellent! It is an older hotel and shows some signs of that, but also offers nice, large rooms, plenty of parking, a free hot breakfast, and an unusually friendly staff for such a low-cost facility. - The manager was very helpful when we had an inconvenient incident.
