One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable. The service was personalized and staff really went out of their way to
help us as we had to return a rental car and used the airport shuttle to
do that. The check in person really heard me when I said that one bed
would not work for us and upgraded us to a two bedroom suite at no extra

the friendly staff mainly the front desk clerk(Daniel) he made sure we were o.k. with the room as well as the best dining. He was right on top of everything, not only that we were comfortable with the hotel stay. Let me tell you about the 9" inch thick mattresses, wow comfortable. No dirt anywhere. Loved the effeciencies available in the room

This was a great hotel for the money that we will actually be staying at
again in a few days at the end of our trip. Good breakfast, the pool and
lobby were great, staff was helpful. Room was clean if a little shabby.
Cost was reasonable for what we received. Close to Sea World, convention
center, and not far from Disney.

Centrally located to all attractions - Very cheap hotel, near all Orlando's attractions. I just had a sleep there and it was worth of it. I would go to this hotel again.

Staff offered to keep my luggage behind reception after check out andlet me use facilities until I left in evening, with no extra charge. - The hours of operation, we only got there at 4am because of flight delays and they were still open so that was a bonus.
