  The Staff was delightful. The young lady who checked us in was helpful and sweet, it seemed that she liked her job ! We went directly to our room (which was ready an hour before check -in dictates and we were dying for coffee. There were some cleaning carts in the hall and I asked if we could have a few extra coffee pods. The women were so kind an... что говорят » d helpful...they truly seemed to enjoy pleasing guests. Good job keeping your staff Happy. That is what reflects directly on a Guests experience . Kee - I particularly like the check-in service staff,Juliana who made my family and I felt welcomed. Her warm and friendly personality, clear explanation about what to do to prepare us for our early morning visit to The Wizarding of Harry Potter, the printing of ID passes. The express check-out service was brilliant!

  The hotel is beautiful. Very clean & room was lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Great that you have fast pass for universal parks, although you do pay more for staying at one of the on site hotels I think it's definitely worth it! - Family really enjoyed the convenience to the parks via the boats.   We arrived quite late and met this Indian security elderly man...said he'll be 70 soon but looks a lot younger :) He was wonderful! We all loved the space and neatness, the environment and nextdoor amusement park in old town, proximity to the attractions in Orlando eg Disneyworld...we enjoyed our stay. We already talking about return - I loved the condo lots of space 3 full baths was a nice surprise. It looks just like the pictures on line. The Jacuzzi was a nice way to relax after walking around the parks all day. Everything you needed was in the condo. Home away from home. the beds were extremely comfortable. Close to Disney, shopping, carnival and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

  Proximity to main attractions. Excellent modern accommodation. Everything worked and it was so clean. Nice balcony. General cleanliness of resort.   I have stayed at a club level room. It was spacious and confortable with amenities such a coffee maker and complimentary coffe. The pool and restaurantes at the hotel are all great.
