The staff at the Seaview was very friendly and the motel was very clean.
It was close enough to walk to the shops and they offer a free
continental breakfast every morning. They also offer free long distance
calling. Trolley stop was also available outside the motel for travel to
downtown shops and restaurants for a small fee. Good experience !! -

The linens were wonderful, beds very comfortable , room was immaculate , staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms were spacious with comfortable chairs for lounging. Easy access to everything by walking or a ride on the trolley. This was my 4th stay at The Sea View, and it won't be my last!

The Colonial Inn was a very pleasant surprise. A last minute booking in
a very popular tourist town left me wondering what we were in for but I

Our host was very engaging and willing to help us in any way he could.
For example, within ten minutes of our arrival,he had my ipad charged

On arrival we were greeted warmly and taken on a tour of the property.
Our room was nice, clean, tastefully decorated and spacious.We had room 5 at the front of the hotel facing the road which made it a little noisy with traffic but it had it's own entrance and little veranda to sit on. Very convenient for getting all our luggage in and out with ease.
There is a fire pit out the front you can sit around at night and a pool and deck area at the side of the Inn with beautiful trees surrounding. T

Very nice hotel. Our room was a king suite with a small private deck off
the bedroom, spacious living area. Very clean and it didn't smell
like a hotel usually does which was a bonus. The hotel was very nicely

We had a king suite. Nice!! Large livingroom, door between living room
and bedroom.. Nice to be allowed to smoke on the balcony. Good decor,

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and immaculate. Parking was helpful. Great location. Close to the Ogunquit attractions but also near Kittery Outlets, York and Portsmouth. The small kitchen area was perfect size and fully stocked with essenitals.

The room was clean and spacious and had the amenities we needed,
including tv with many stations and a refrigerator. There was plentiful
soap and shampoo.
The view from the balcony on the third floor overlooked the Ogunquit River estuary where we saw a doe with a fawn, seven swans a swimming and numerous water fowl.

We arrived to our hotel and the staff at the lobby were friendly with good customer service. Our hotel room was clean and with a nice view of the salt mash river. The bed was comfy, enjoyed listening to the waterfalls and the birds from our hotel terrace, and I spotted some unusual birds on the salt mash...we also enjoyed our stay because the hotel was close to nice restaurants and for nature lovers it was a plus for us. Close to walking nature trail of the salt mash.

Resort was in a great location. Staff was friendly and accommodating to all needs. Rooms were very clean and well kept even though it is not a new build. Resort had 2 pools. One inside and one outside. Just an all around great place to stay. This is our second stay there and we hope to return to The Mariner again next year.

Super clean. Loved the heated bathroom floors and comfy bed. What stood out the most was Marty at the front desk...what a gem! Everyone is generally friendly when you check in, not Marty, he just made you feel "at home". I would recommend Admiral Inn to anyone traveling to the their way. It was truly a great part to a great trip!
