The room was great and most of the staff was great, there was one desk clerk that was a bit ditsy, the rest were very professional and helpful. Pool was great and room was beautiful and comfortable -

This is a great hotel and the room was awesome. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in at a hotel. The hot breakfast was wonderful. The location was close to the airport, with a free shuttle, and it wasn't very far from all the sites. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to Charleston. -

The lady who works in the dining area for breakfast was super nice and even came to clean our table off for us! Will stay here again the next time we are in Charleston!

The cleaning lady for our room was so kind and helpful and assisting in every need and pointing out coffee is available 24/7.
Peaceful surroundings and easy to get to Charleston beaches and in town . very conveniently situated with plenty of parking
Easy access to Beaches and city and plantations etc.

Location was good for us, because our son and daughter-in-law were visiting her family in Hanahan, SC, so we were close to them. Size of the unit was good, but the living room was a little small. Price was good.

The staff was awesome, we booked through letsbookhotel.com and the add was
misleading, we needed two doubles and we got one, my husband talked to
Ashley at the front desk and she was wonderful changed our room and did

Staff was super nice! They even called our room shortly after check in to ask if the room was to our satisfaction. Housekeeping was very friendly both days! The room was immaculate. Overall great stay and we would definitely return.

The pet policy was the main reason we choose to stay, but after staying we will definitely be staying again. The amenities for a couple to enjoy was a wonderful benefit. The property was very clean, felt safe, and the staff was very helpful. -
The evening mixers were fun. Great music! Very close to great shopping and easy access to highway.

It was a great deal for a very clean and spacious room (we had a king
size bed in our room, along with a comfy chair with a foot rest). It was
much cheaper than anything in downtown Charleston and even cheaper when
compared to a lot of other hotels near the airport, as well. But the
lower cost did not equal a lack of service or cleanliness. Also,

had everything we needed, and we especially loved having the fridge to

Kayla Brown - on desk on 6/1/13. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers in one room with a king bed and pull out couch. This was fine in the beginning but of course one person snored so loud that the rest of the group could not sleep. They did not have another room to accommodate us but Kayla Brown found us another hotel and gave us extra time to check out. She is wonderful and so very helpful.

Very friendly staff. Room was excellent. So quiet that we could have been the only ones there, until we saw how many people were at breakfast, which also was exceptional. Great selections and food was more than we could have asked for.
