Staffs were very friendly, and the room was clean. They had lots of TV channels, and best of all, the bed was really comfortable. Staying in NYC at that rate is unbelievable.

  The location was excellent. the front desk starting with Christian, he always explianed how to get to our destination and he even wrote directions and marked on the map. i needed an extra room and he was always accomodating. Joshua, he was always nice with my parents especially speaking spanish to them as they were senior citizens, I was picking on... что говорят » him calling him Jacobs and still never complained. Thomas, he was also able to take care of my parents and he never hesitated to make our stay memora - We enjoyed our stay ,Staff was friendly & very accomodating,Bed was extremely comfortable ..& there were no surprises..The room was exactly what it said.. yes it was small ,but we were aware of that when we booked..For a room in this area we definately got what we needed at a resonable price...we had a great trip..& we would stay there again....

  Everything. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming.I just love the setting. - The hotel was nice and our room was just like a room at a Holiday Inn; it was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. There was a deli right next door and a liquor store on the other side. There were also a large grocery store and diner (good ... что говорят » food and reasonable prices) nearby. The hotel is two blocks from Port Authority . It is a great location. I felt the area was safe.
