It was very close to the fest grounds, we visited for the german fest.
There was a shuttle service by bus that left every 15 minutes and the

Best "Bang for the Buck" in the area. Staff always friendly, polite,
and helpful. I've stayed twice. Each room looked like it had just been updated, very nice and clean. The shuttle and drivers were excellent. Breakfast was best I've seen at this level of lodging. -

Being connected to the convention center directly was the main selling
point; however, having the university and arts district within walking
distance was a huge plus. -
Old Charm, Parents had wedding reception 67 yrs ago in the crystal ballroom. Was fortunate enough to have a guard show us the magnifinient room.

The staff behind the front desk when we first arrives was so welcoming, friendly and funny! It was a great way to start our weekend. They gave us good advice of where to eat and good places to go. The room was really nice and the breakfast in the morning was great! Overall it was an amazing time! -

This was a first class hotel. From check in to check out everyone was friendly, helpful and cheerful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Location was great and central for all the activities I was scheduled to attend. ( a wedding and Reception.)

The price is great! The room was clean and cozy, and it did not have any unpleasant odors. The bed was firm and comfy.
The breakfast contained cereal, donuts, english muffins, toast, and the condiments to go with it.
Location is great, restaurants near-by and downtown is about a ten min drive.

The staff could not have been better. I was very impressed with the service, and the friendliness. I stayed for 4 days, and requested that housekeeping not come in (I like to keep everything in its place once I set out everything where I like it), and when I met them in the hall the housekeeping staff still was nice enough to ask me how my stay was and if they could do anything for me.

Everyone from John at the front desk and the bar tenders up on the deck were so nice. So cheerful and helpful. Our little blonde bar tender even offered to take pictures of us and recommended good places to eat downtown while we were there. The hotel was very clean and the rooms very comfortable. The pool looked awesome although didn't have time

Beds were really comfortable, bar staff very friendly and helpful, hotel shuttle very handy and even dropped a package to us at the exhibition site! Didn't use the gym /poolfacilities i'm afraid but they sounded rather impressive with a basketball court and separate male and female pools and gyms!
