The young man at the front desk was very courteous and professional. I was impressed and he took good care of us. I wish I remembered his name. He was short with short hair. The night was Thursday the 16th of May at 1130pm when we checked in. Management please thank the young man for me and groom him for more responsibility!

The hotel is just perfect! The best place to stay in South Beach. Located well enough both for beach and shopping, a bit on the side from the load streets. Views over the Bay are so stunning, the sunsets are worth paying for the room with the bay view. Hotel staff are very hospitable and accommodating. The Boulan South Beach was more then I expected. Just grand. Perfect location for the beach, shopping and restaurants. Our suite was gorgeous with everything you could ask for ~ kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms.

Great Hotel. Great staff. Accommodated us with instant upgrade because of renovation on first floor. Extremely luxurious Hotel. I liked almost everything: the location is perfect, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and all the fixtures worked fine. I particularly loved the bathroom lighting - I use makeup, and it positively is the first hotel bathroom with a proper lighting. Great bed, too! -

We had a balcony apartment which was very clean and spacious.
The kitchen had all necessary facilities.
The location, although not Downtown or on Southbeach was great, across the road the park and beach.
We couldn't always park infront of the hotel as it is located on a busy road but we were never more than 1-2 minutes away.
