  This hotel in Surfside had only been open 5 days, so they had a few kinks to get out of the system. This was more than made up for by the friendly and helpful staff.   The front office staff, particulary Alexandra and Venera(I hope i spelled that correctly) where extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are HUGE for a hotel. They have have been completely refurbished and are are now modern in decor and very contemporary. The beds are medium to firm and very comfortable ( for our likes). It's a 20 minute driv... что говорят » e to South Beach, but Quarzo is in very good location as it's nice and quiet but right near the beach. - this place is amazing. the staff is very friendly, the premises are very nice, the beach close is beautiful, and not so crowded, and the rooms are huge and super confortable. the possibility to cook is also quite handy.
