The rooms are really spacious and the staff very helpful. It's placed right across the street from the Beach, so only 100m from a very clean and enjoyable beach. The pool is nice and clean with very warm Water in end March. At the hotel you can free borrow beach chairs and other stuff if you like.

This hotel us beautiful .We have stayed at nice hotels before but the service here is exceptional. Jeff and Alex catered to our every need and were very helpful in assisting us on places to go and things to do. They were very warm and friendly. The hotel is very artsy and everything is controlled with an ipad. The curtains even open with the ipad.

We had a fantastic stay at the Marlin Hotel and it totally exceeded our
expectations. In terms of value for money I'd give it 10/10. It
doesn't have a pool but it's walking distance to the beach and
to the main restaurant areas and for the quality of the hotel its very
reasonably priced for Miami. The staff were so helpful. Alex sat down
with us for ages recommending restaurants and places to go to. We were
so happy we booked here.

Lets began with a brief introduction. I'm a military man on vacation
with my family from Texas to Miami. When I arrive at the Ithaca hotel
there was only one staff and he was excellent (Deion) a one man band.
The room was exceptionally clean and is very upscale with the latest

This small boutique hotel has a excellent location, one step from the beach, shopping area and great dining close by. The nicely decorated rooms are big with good facilities, bathrobes, good bed , bathroom amenities and free wifi. They provide towels and chairs for the beach if you want. Staff is of great help for shopping and dining recommendations and everything you wish for! When you have a room close to the reception it is a bit noisy from 07.30 but you stay in a small hotel, so you know.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good size modern furnished rooms. Very good shower. Complementary breakfast, wireless, beach towels and chairs, bicycles and the best of all unlimited international calls! Location great for restaurant options without the need of a car. 2 blocks from the beach. Parkhouse 2 blocks away very convenient. We were very impressed and would certainly return!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the small hotel atmosphere as the staff knew who you were by name. The rooms were lovely with a nice modern feel. My particular favorite was the rooftop pool and being so close to the beach. Providing beach chairs and beach bags was a nice touch. This hotel was on the quiet side of south beach which we were thankful for.
I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It exceeded my expectations.

I loved this little boutique hotel. the interior was really cool with the lovely old photographs. it looked like a Ralph Lauren design. The staff were great and the food in the bar was fantastic. Our room was lovely and the bed very comfy. Oh and we went down to the club downstairs and had a blast dancing the night away.
