  This hotel us beautiful .We have stayed at nice hotels before but the service here is exceptional. Jeff and Alex catered to our every need and were very helpful in assisting us on places to go and things to do. They were very warm and friendly. The hotel is very artsy and everything is controlled with an ipad. It was not a s expensive as the other - We had a fantastic stay at the Marlin Hotel and it totally exceeded our expectations. In terms of value for money I'd give it 10/10. It doesn't have a pool but it's walking distance to the beach and to the main restaurant areas and for the quality of the hotel its very reasonably priced for Miami. The staff were so helpful. Alex sat down with us for ages recommending restaurants and places to go to. We were so happy we booked here.

  Our stay at the Jetset Franklin was incredible. It was like home away from home. We arrived very early in the morning and there was someone waiting for us and has the room ready even tough the check-in was at noon. During our stay we enjoyed the amenities of the room: full kitchen were we had breakfast, nice coffee and tea. The room was spotless ... что говорят » and they made it every day. The staff is super nice and are always making sure you are comfortable and having a great time. They are very familiar wh - very clean, great location, friendly staff, fun decor, there is no quiet room in south beach unless you have major cash to pay for one north of 15th near the James, etc. So know that if you stay on/near ocean drive and collins ave. you will hear noise...motorcycles, loud music from cars, drunk people leaving bars in the middle of the night yelling down the street, trash trucks, construction noise, etc. It's part of the experience. It's not a reflection of the hotel. It's South Beach.

  Wow! We loved every minute of our stay. A peaceful entry to the reception lounge from the chaos of Ocean Drive, fabulous restaurant food and drinks, amazing laid-back friendly service, and the room was stunning - superb modern decor, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed with luxury linens, and a little balcony over the street. What a shame we had only one night. - The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the small hotel atmosphere as the staff knew who you were by name. The rooms were lovely with a nice modern feel. My particular favorite was the rooftop pool and being so close to the beach. Providing beach chairs and beach bags was a nice touch. This hotel was on the quiet side of south beach which we were thankful for. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It exceeded my expectations.
